Porn MMS: Students held

BANKURA, 30 NOV: A Class XI student and his two friends were taken into police custody on charges of preparing and circulating a pornographic MMS.  

The Khatra ACJM Court granted interim bail for the student considering his tender age, but has directed police to produce him before the Juvenile Court in Bankura town tomorrow.  

The boy, according to police, developed a physical relationship with a Class X girl and shot a pornographic video with his mobile phone. He allegedly prepared an MMS clip with the help of mobile phone retailer Dula Roy of Khatra town and circulated it using Bluetooth through the mobile phone of WBSEDCL contractual staff member Deep Mondal. After the video was circulated in the town, the girl's guardian lodged a complaint at Khatra Police Station.  

Police said the student would be produced at the Juvenile Court in the second week of December. The other two have been ordered three days police remand. sns
