Combined rates will apply only for advertisements under DISPLAY category for DISPLAY, APPOINTMENTS and TENDERS only. No combination allowed under any other category. Combination is not allowed for releases for advertisers eligible for availing approved rates sanctioned Govt. of West Bengal (I & CA department), Kolkata Municipal Corporation.
Deduct 20% on solo rates of each publication to arrive at the applicable combined rate of each publication. The Statesman doen not undertake responsibility for any dispute arising out of any combined advertisement/s published in Bartaman.
